PhD Summerfest

On the 27th of June, the Life Science Graduate Network (LSGN) had its first PhD Summerfest. The event started with a poster session to get an idea about the research topics the other students are working on. The evening continued with a barbecue and drinks. The event has been an incredible opportunity for students from different graduate programs to discover shared research interests, topics of study, and of course meet each other for the first time and make connections in a relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks go to the graduate programs that generously sponsored the event. We really hope to have the opportunity to repeat the PhD Summerfest next year.
