Option 1: André Kellner - Power of Visualization

Option 2: Anna Gehweiler - Yoga for mental health

A welcoming routine when you feel mental overload or stressed in general. This yoga praxis will give you a nice relaxation and refreshing after many hours at the desk for body and mind. All level. Chair/Stool recommended.

Option 3: Barbara Weinzierl - Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga comes from India, from the Indian doctor and yoga trainer Dr Madan Katharia.During the laughter yoga session you learn how to laugh for no reason. It works without any jokes, without comedy or malicious joy. And, of course, without alcohol. The funny exercises stimulate the production of - so called - happiness hormons. The breath is deepened and the whole body is worked throw like in sport. After a laughter yoga session you feel relaxed, powerful and happy. Laughter yoga is not a religion, has no political direction and it is not a sect. It is independent of age and mobility – the exercises are very easy to do. We say: „We don’t laugh because we are happy, but we are happy because we laugh.“
